Leads Nuro’s employment law function, advising the business and People team on employment practices, litigation, compliance, and international workforce growth.
What you'll do
- Advise on employment law and risk across the employee lifecycle; develop and maintain employment policies, templates, and training.
- Handle employment pre-litigation, litigation, agency matters, and outside counsel; support investigations and employee relations.
- Partner with People and Operations on workforce scaling, wage and hour compliance, and international growth and mobility.
