Leads a team of technical recruiters while personally managing critical engineering searches for Nuro Driver, from sourcing through candidate close.
What you'll do
- Set and execute hiring strategy and quarterly plans across ML, autonomy, systems engineering, controls, and localization; report funnel metrics to engineering leaders.
- Personally run senior and leadership searches, including market mapping, candidate assessment, and offer close.
- Lead 4–5 recruiters through hiring, coaching, workload management, and performance; partner with engineering leaders on role scope and hiring processes.
