What you'll do
- Lead commercial agreements from intake through negotiation, execution, and post-signature management; advise teams on legal and business risks.
- Support legal matters including supply chain, partnerships, intellectual property, privacy, marketing, real estate, and product or customer-facing work.
- Help launch a contract lifecycle management system, improve contracting processes, and apply AI tools to legal workflows.
