About the job

Develop and deploy generative machine-learning models that produce safe, comfortable, and efficient plans for autonomous vehicles.

What you'll do

  • Develop and scale generative models for autonomous plan generation, including diffusion, flow-matching, and energy-based approaches.
  • Optimize and control models using techniques such as reinforcement learning, reward modeling, and foundation models.
  • Collaborate across autonomy teams, evaluate models, and deploy them on the NuroDriver.

What they ask for

  • Ph.D. (preferred) or M.Sc. with 3+ years of experience working with generative models.
  • Research experience in generative models, particularly diffusion models, flow matching, and energy-based models for robotics.
  • Strong problem-solving and programming skills in Python and/or C++.
  • Demonstrated research publications in top conferences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with vision-language-action models, reinforcement learning for generative-model optimization, video generation, text-to-image generation, diffusion models for LLMs, or world foundation models.
  • Ph.D. (preferred).

Pay

$193,930 and $352,290/year (USD, base pay range)
