Owns full-cycle technical recruiting for Nuro’s engineering teams, partnering with leaders to build hiring strategies and improve recruiting processes.
What you'll do
- Manage sourcing, pipeline generation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with engineering leaders to define roles, interview plans, and evaluation criteria; support structured hiring evaluations.
- Track recruiting metrics, improve processes, and build sourcing pipelines using recruiting tools.

Pay
$132,300 and $198,450 USD base salary
