Software Engineer, Performance Tooling and Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain benchmark orchestration integrated with CI/CD as merge- and release-blocking quality gates; improve fleet reliability and observability.
• Build performance data pipelines, dashboards, and automated regression detection; develop statistical methods for non-deterministic workloads.
• Guide bare-metal system configuration and own fleet planning, technical roadmap, and cross-functional coordination.

What they ask for

• Strong proficiency in Python and working proficiency in C++.
• Experience building data pipelines and familiarity with SQL and analytical workflows.
• Deep Linux systems experience, including kernel, boot, or bare-metal infrastructure; understanding of networking, storage, and compute.
• Experience setting technical vision and roadmap, aligning stakeholders, and briefing senior engineering leadership.

Nice to have

• Performance engineering or profiling tools experience, such as perf, Perfetto, pprof, eBPF, NVIDIA Nsight Systems, or NVIDIA CUPTI.
• Robotics or AV experience, particularly with NVIDIA DriveOS stack.

Pay

$152,000 and $228,000 USD base salary
