About the job
Own the system-on-chip architecture surrounding NUVACORE’s CPU core, setting system-level direction and coordinating implementation across engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Architect SoC components including the coherent fabric, cache hierarchy, I/O, memory subsystem, and system MMU.
- Select and integrate SoC IP; partner on chiplet, packaging, power, and thermal trade-offs; author specifications and review downstream work.
- Support silicon bring-up and post-silicon debug, and mentor engineers.
