Leads end-to-end deployments of Nuvo’s platform for enterprise customers, partnering with customers and internal teams to solve operational problems, drive adoption, and inform product improvements.
What you'll do
- Own complex customer deployments from initial conversations through production launch, expansion, and outcomes.
- Work with customers and Engineering, Product, and Sales to integrate data, address adoption bottlenecks, and translate customer needs into product improvements.
- Build and deliver demos and proofs of concept to validate use cases and support customer expansion.
