About the job

Design and verify standard-cell circuits and custom ROM modules for advanced semiconductor processes, including modeling, simulation, and design-flow development.

What you'll do

  • Design, model, and analyze transistor-level standard cells and custom ROMs.
  • Verify ROM functionality and feasibility, establish design flows, and run simulations to evaluate design margins.
  • Improve circuit-development tools, flows, and library quality checks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What they ask for

  • Strong background in advanced submicron process issues and deep understanding of conventional cell-library and custom-ROM development and verification.
  • Hands-on SPICE simulation experience and ability to adapt to new simulation tools.
  • Experience running EM/IR, aging, noise, margin, and high-sigma variation simulations, plus DRC/LVS debug.
  • Experience designing or optimizing flip flops, level shifters, latches, custom ROMs, register files, or SRAM.

Nice to have

  • Scripting with Perl, Tcl, or Make; automation methods and algorithms.
  • Exposure to standard-cell, memory, or custom-circuit development; RTL, logic synthesis, place and route, or prior leadership experience.

Pay

116,000 USD - 189,750 USD (base salary)

Tools

SPICE, Perl, Tcl, Make, RTL, DRC/LVS, EM/IR
