About the job

Build and operate software that validates, benchmarks, and certifies GPU clusters for production workloads across Kubernetes and Slurm.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement cluster readiness and certification tools, including controllers, operators, CLIs, and scheduler integrations.
  • Build benchmark and workload catalogs, and create auditable evidence pipelines with signed results.
  • Integrate new GPU platforms, schedulers, and fabrics; investigate validation issues with internal teams and cloud partners.

What they ask for

  • Strong programming skills in Go and Python, with production software delivery experience.
  • Deep familiarity with Linux, containers, and Kubernetes, including operators or controllers using the Kubernetes API.
  • Working knowledge of Slurm and GPU cluster fundamentals, including drivers, NCCL, InfiniBand or RoCE, and DCGM.
  • Experience benchmarking or validating distributed systems, with rigorous measurement and reproducibility.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with distributed training or inference frameworks such as PyTorch, Megatron, NeMo, vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM.
  • Experience with NVIDIA systems and platforms, open-source infrastructure, supply-chain security, observability, GitOps, or infrastructure as code.
