Global Channel Manager, Robotics and Edge AI

What you'll do

• Drive global channel strategy and manage distributor performance through business reviews, metrics, and action plans.
• Build strategic relationships with distributors and onboard ecosystem partners to accelerate platform adoption.
• Coordinate channel marketing programs and demand-generation activities with Marketing.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, channel management, or partner management in technology markets, including distribution-led go-to-market experience.
• Demonstrated success managing distributors and indirect channel performance, including planning, accountability, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
• Experience collaborating in multi-tier channels with ecosystem partners, plus strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Track record of growing revenue through global distributors and ecosystem partners in emerging or high-growth technology categories.
• Technical background in embedded hardware and software, with edge AI, robotics, industrial, or intelligent machine solutions experience.

Pay

200,000 USD - 304,750 USD cash compensation range (85% base salary and 15% variable compensation; base salary and total pay ranges are not stated separately).
