Global Virtual Card Payment Administrator

What you'll do

• Manage global card payment cycles, card issuance and limits, bank file exchanges, and payment reconciliation; resolve supplier and bank issues.
• Lead supplier enablement and program performance, reporting on adoption, spend, acceptance, and rebates.
• Oversee payment controls, fraud and disputes, audit readiness, and cross-functional system changes and rollouts.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, payments, or treasury operations within a global, multi-entity environment, including more than 3 years coordinating a virtual card or commercial card program.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa Pay, including virtual card and invoice payment configuration, payment runs, supplier enablement, and reconciliation; SAP integration experience is a plus.
• Experience with virtual card platforms from major global and regional issuers; knowledge of SAP payment runs, multi-currency payments, payment controls, fraud prevention, SOX, and advanced Excel and data analysis.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA experience, including payment program configuration and bank integrations.
• Payment automation or supplier payment networks and reporting tools such as Power BI or SQL; card network, interchange, or rebate knowledge; or additional languages.

116,000 USD - 195,500 USD (base salary)
