Manager, Solutions Architecture – GPU and Networking Systems

What you'll do

• Recruit, manage, mentor, and set priorities for a team handling large-scale GPU and AI networking deployments.
• Lead technical design, bring-up, and performance debugging of compute and network systems for customer clusters.
• Gather customer requirements and work with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to influence product roadmaps and solutions.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or another Engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ overall years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering, Network or Data Center Engineering, or similar roles; 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers or architects.
• System-level expertise across CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, system software, and kernel drivers; data-center networking experience with Ethernet and/or InfiniBand.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and complex projects from design through production, and work with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering.

Nice to have

• Direct people-management and recruiting experience for geographically distributed technical teams; experience leading large-cluster or supercomputing bring-up and deployment.
• Customer-facing experience; C/C++, Linux kernel and driver skills; NVIDIA GPU systems and SDKs (e.g., CUDA), NVIDIA networking technologies, ARM-based CPU solutions, virtualization, or cloud-native networking.

Pay

224,000 USD - 356,500 USD base salary (Level 3); 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD base salary (Level 4)
