About the job

Architects, builds, evaluates, and deploys AI software for semiconductor inspection and manufacturing, moving capabilities from prototypes to partner-operated production systems.

What you'll do

  • Design AI architectures and workflows for inspection, metrology, defect analysis, and equipment time-series anomaly detection.
  • Develop evaluation and fab-local adaptation methods that address limited data, domain shift, and customer data sovereignty.
  • Optimize and package inference for production constraints, and work with fabs and equipment manufacturers to support deployment.

What they ask for

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of professional software or algorithm engineering; 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing; and 4+ years in hands-on AI-related work, including within the last 24 months.
  • Hands-on delivery of software shipped in semiconductor equipment, operated in a fab, or adopted by a manufacturing customer.
  • Strong Python skills, production experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, and working GPU literacy.

Nice to have

  • Experience adapting large pretrained vision, multimodal, or world foundation models to industrial domains.
  • Experience in anomaly detection, time-series modeling, synthetic data, domain adaptation, model compression, or inference optimization using NVIDIA technologies.
