About the job
Design and implement custom digital circuits and IPs for NVIDIA processors, improving power, performance, area, and reliability while integrating AI/ML into design methods.
What you'll do
- Design and physically implement custom digital IP from RTL through layout, including transistor-level design and analysis.
- Develop circuit solutions for hardware security, adaptive clocking, and power management; prototype ideas on test chips and advance them toward product deployment.
- Collaborate across teams and mentor junior engineers.
What they ask for
- Excellent understanding of deep submicron process issues and digital circuit design techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Spice simulations, EM/IR analysis, and static timing analysis/closure.
- Basic understanding and experience with layout (DRC, LVS) and/or PnR tools.
Nice to have
- Hands-on low-power circuit design and analysis; RTL, logic synthesis, and verification; or mixed-signal circuit design.
- Proficiency in scripting such as Python, Perl, Tcl, or Make; experience across silicon design flow, post-silicon characterization/debug, or delivering features through tape-out and validation.
Pay
168,000 USD - 264,500 USD base salary (Level 4); 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD base salary (Level 5)
Tools
