About the job
Develop production-ready multimodal AI systems that fuse sensor, motion, and navigation data into a spatiotemporal world model for L3/L4 autonomous driving.
What you'll do
- Design and build sensor-fusion models that jointly process camera, LiDAR, radar, vehicle-state, and navigation inputs.
- Develop shared scene representations and driving outputs, including road structure, semantics, occupancy, and free space.
- Create large-scale training and evaluation pipelines, analyze model failures, and collaborate across teams to deploy robust AV systems.

- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years in the AV or robotics industry and 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Production-quality sensor-fusion, perception, state-estimation, or autonomous-driving systems experience; learning-based multimodal fusion involving two or more named sensor or context sources.
- Strong C++ and Python skills and hands-on deep-learning model development, training, and optimization in PyTorch.
Nice to have
- Experience with Transformer, VLM, or multimodal foundation-model architectures.
- Experience with BEV, point-cloud/voxel, neural scene representation, 3D reconstruction, occupancy-flow, or spatiotemporal world-model methods.
