Provides on-site technical support for AI Factory deployments, resolving infrastructure issues and improving deployment troubleshooting practices and playbooks.
What you'll do
- Support deployment bring-up, validation, and issue triage with OEM and deployment partners.
- Lead structured troubleshooting of deployment blockers and urgent infrastructure issues; coordinate owners and communicate status, risks, and recovery plans.
- Validate diagnostic flows, analyze failure patterns, and capture lessons learned in reusable guidelines and playbooks.
