About the job

Architects multi-GPU systems and interconnects for next-generation AI and HPC datacenter platforms, balancing performance, scalability, and resilience.

What you'll do

  • Design multi-GPU scale-up and scale-out topologies and evaluate high-speed interconnect architectures.
  • Model and simulate systems, analyze bottlenecks, and guide hardware-software design trade-offs.
  • Collaborate across GPU, software, networking, packaging, board, and silicon teams on rack-scale system design.

What they ask for

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years or more of relevant system design and/or ASIC/SoC architecture experience for GPU, CPU, or networking products.
  • Understanding of interconnect protocols such as NVLink, Ethernet, InfiniBand, CXL, and PCIe; experience with RDMA/RoCE or InfiniBand transport offload architectures.
  • Experience architecting multi-GPU/multi-CPU topologies and with hardware-software interaction, performance tuning, and system modeling (Python, SystemC, or similar).

Nice to have

  • Background in system design for AI and HPC.
  • Experience with NIC/DPU architecture, chiplet interconnects, multi-node fabrics, or interposer and 2.5D/3D package co-design.
