Leads SOX 404 compliance and IT control evaluations to strengthen internal controls over financial reporting and reduce financial reporting risk.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute the SOX 404 lifecycle, including walkthroughs, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, and reporting.
- Partner with process owners to assess risks, identify IT controls, and document processes and controls; drive control improvement and automation.
- Guide control owners and testers, review testing quality, coordinate with external auditors, and participate in operational audits.
