About the job

Architects and drives system-, platform-, and datacenter-level power and thermal co-design ideas from research through production to differentiate NVIDIA products.

What you'll do

  • Scout emerging power and thermal co-design ideas and assess their performance, power, reliability, schedule, and cost potential.
  • Lead end-to-end co-design and align architecture, VLSI, software, platform, packaging, and operations teams to deliver selected technologies.
  • Maintain an innovation pipeline and brief leadership on candidate ideas, productization status, decision gates, and product axes.

What they ask for

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years in system-level power, thermal, or related architecture, with deep expertise in at least one specified area.
  • External technical recognition through premier publications, patents, or industry standards contributions, and active contributions to external technical communities.
  • Track record of taking research-grade ideas through system co-design into measurable product impact; demonstrated ability to align teams without direct reporting authority.

Nice to have
