Supports high-volume data-center production by improving HBM and DRAM manufacturing processes, testing, yield, performance, and reliability with MEM suppliers.
What you'll do
- Partner with MEM suppliers on process improvements, device optimization, electrical test analysis, and process and Fab qualifications.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and suppliers to integrate processes and advance DRAM/HBM technology.
- Improve data-center ATE and system-level performance, yield, reliability, and monitoring practices.
