About the job

Defines silicon product configurations and drives performance, power, yield, and quality optimization from bring-up through production.

What you'll do

  • Analyze silicon data and product trade-offs; identify opportunities, risks, and limiting constraints.
  • Drive product-specific fixes across silicon, firmware, BIOS, drivers, and platforms, including BIOS-level VF settings.
  • Lead cross-functional root-cause closure and build statistical models, automation, and visualization workflows.

What they ask for

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on silicon bring-up and performance-per-watt analysis, including optimization across process, voltage, and temperature conditions.
  • Strong programming and data-analysis skills using Python and one or more of Perl, JMP, SQL, or equivalent tools; practical statistics and large-dataset skills.
  • Strong foundation in digital design, circuit analysis, computer architecture, critical-path analysis, process technology, and transistor/device physics.

Nice to have

  • Track record defining and shipping product configurations that measurably improve product outcomes.
  • Experience with advanced process nodes, complex silicon products, reusable product-definition methods, or AI productivity tools.

Pay

168,000 USD - 264,500 USD base salary (Level 4); 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD base salary (Level 5)
