What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and validate large-scale Day 2 operations improvements with partner engineers, leaving them able to operate the solutions.
- Prepare partners to operate new NVIDIA platforms and improve service reliability, performance, and economics using operational metrics.
- Convert proven work into reusable procedures, architectures, assessments, automation, and agentic workflows; share recurring issues with NVIDIA teams.
