Build, integrate, deploy, and optimize enterprise voice and chat AI agents and copilots while serving as the primary technical partner for customers.
What you'll do
- Implement AI agents, including prompt design, workflows, integrations, telephony setup, and evaluation.
- Lead customer demos and guide solutions from requirements through production deployment and optimization.
- Integrate enterprise systems and troubleshoot APIs, telephony, security, connectivity, and knowledge ingestion.
