What you'll do
- Lead and coach drivers, dispatch staff, and team leaders; build a strong safety culture.
- Own shift operational KPIs, including delivery success, safety, labor productivity, and route efficiency.
- Coordinate with support teams and other shifts to meet business objectives and maintain continuous operations.
