What you'll do
- Lead delivery performance, safety and training, food safety, routing, staffing, and continuous improvement across both shifts.
- Manage and mentor Delivery AGMs and Trainers; lead cross-functional initiatives and represent the site in network-level delivery planning.
- Share P&L ownership, manage labor and overtime within budgets, and support the Senior General Manager when needed.
