About the job

Develop and apply controllable world models, taking research ideas through experiments and prototypes into systems used in real applications.

What you'll do

  • Develop architectures, training methods, conditioning, and control policies for world models.
  • Design and run experiments, distributed training, inference systems, and evaluations; ship results into user-facing models.
  • Collaborate across research, engineering, and product, and contribute to scientific and engineering culture.

What they ask for

  • Deep technical track record in world models, generative modeling, video, multimodal learning, large-scale ML systems, or an adjacent area.
  • Ability to define problems, design experiments, and build prototypes from first principles.
  • Ability to connect research to real-world application constraints, including latency.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous areas and building tools and workflows as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience with conditioning, controllability, or learned control policies.
  • Have originated field-advancing work or shipped systems at scale.
