What you'll do
- Design and operate highly available database clusters, replication, failover, and disaster recovery; optimize performance and plan capacity.
- Build automation, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing systems for database operations.
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis; collaborate with engineers on SQL, schemas, migrations, and database best practices.

$160,000 — $220,000 USD annual base salary (San Francisco Bay Area); $143,000 — $196,000 USD annual base salary (California excluding San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington)
