What you'll do
- Set the global provisioning roadmap, service levels, queue governance, and quality standards; drive automation and system improvements.
- Manage fulfillment and deprovisioning escalations, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and report operational performance to senior leaders.
- Oversee reconciliation, audit and compliance controls, and develop a globally distributed team.
