What you'll do
- Coach managers and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, employee development, team dynamics, organizational change, and complex performance matters.
- Diagnose and resolve ambiguous or sensitive cases, advising on decisions and escalating matters to the appropriate specialists when needed.
- Improve team capability and AI-enabled support through case reviews, peer coaching, reusable guidance, and analysis of recurring case patterns.

$148,000 — $203,500 USD annual base salary (San Francisco Bay area); $132,000 — $181,500 USD annual base salary (California excluding San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington)
