Senior Site Reliability Engineer - EPG

What you'll do

• Operate large-scale cloud infrastructure and production services, including on-call and incident response; improve SLIs, SLOs, and reliability.
• Build automation, infrastructure, and self-service platforms; improve observability, deployments, and operational workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams on architecture and reliability initiatives, and mentor engineers in operational best practices.

What they ask for

• Strong experience operating large-scale production services in AWS and/or GCP; deep expertise with Linux and Kubernetes in production.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform and Helm, and strong software engineering skills in Golang and/or Python.
• Experience leading incident response and understanding reliability concepts including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and capacity planning.
• Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Green Card Holder) for FedRAMP compliance and security clearance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing operational controls or compliance standards such as FedRAMP, SOC2, or HIPAA in regulated or security-sensitive environments.
• Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD, SaaS platforms, Kubernetes microservices, or AI-assisted operational tooling.

Pay

$165,000 — $226,600 USD (base salary); $147,000 — $202,000 USD (base salary)
