About the job
Own Okta’s enterprise Apple device fleet and help shape secure, automated endpoint management across other operating systems.
What you'll do
- Manage global macOS and iOS devices with Jamf Pro, including enrollment, configuration, and application deployment; contribute to Windows and Linux management.
- Automate and evolve endpoint management tooling and CI/CD workflows, and ensure devices meet security and compliance standards.
- Set technical direction, provide Tier 3 escalation support, participate in on-call, and give internal product teams operational feedback.

- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems and deep expertise in managing endpoints at scale via MDM.
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, Go, or Swift; experience with Git, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or similar CI/CD frameworks.
- Understanding of ADE/DEP, MDM/DDM protocols, platform hardening, and familiarity with SAML and OIDC; must be able to document U.S. Person status upon hire.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, FleetDM, or other cross-platform MDM/UEM solutions.
- Experience with FleetDM or osquery, Autopkg pipelines or AWS Lambda, FedRAMP, or relevant certifications.
