About the job
Serves as second-in-command of trader education, developing and delivering training, mentoring traders, and managing development programs in partnership with the Head of Education.
What you'll do
- Co-own and teach the trader training curriculum, including options theory, market microstructure, risk management, and mock trading.
- Mentor and evaluate junior traders and interns, and partner with desk heads to address trader skill gaps.
- Manage curriculum and cohort progress, and help develop trader and internship pipelines.
