Supports Old Mission’s legal team on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters at a proprietary trading firm.
What you'll do
- Review commercial agreements and vendor contracts; maintain the contract lifecycle management system.
- Assist with entity formation, corporate governance filings, regulatory compliance, and legal research.
- Draft corporate documents, agreements, policies, and notices; track relevant industry and regulatory updates.
