Applicants whose most recent citizenship or permanent residence is in certain restricted countries may generally not be considered; subsequent citizenship or permanent residency in an unrestricted country may allow eligibility.

About the job

Design and validate high-speed SerDes and mixed-signal subsystems for a next-generation SoC, from circuit implementation through post-silicon bring-up.

What you'll do

  • Architect and design SerDes blocks in advanced FinFET nodes; perform schematic, post-layout, EM, and reliability simulations.
  • Develop behavioral and Verilog-A models, guide layout, and own design reviews and documentation.
  • Collaborate across teams and support post-silicon bring-up, lab validation, and debug.

What they ask for

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience and hands-on SerDes experience at 25 Gbps or higher.
  • Expertise in advanced FinFET nodes and high-speed signaling fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and simulation flows including PVT, Monte Carlo, EM-IR, and reliability analysis.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with post-silicon bring-up, lab measurement equipment, and correlating measured data to simulation.
