Drives full-cycle recruiting and hiring systems for OLIX’s engineering, leadership, operations, and commercial roles during a period of growth.
What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from sourcing through offer close and build scalable sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to improve role definition, interviewing, and hiring-process speed and quality.
- Improve candidate experience, employer brand, recruiting systems, reporting, and hiring processes; manage external recruiting partners.
