What you'll do
- Instrument the customer funnel from local installation through cloud, team, and enterprise offerings; connect CRM, analytics, billing, and communication tools.
- Build internal GTM tools and workflows, and run data-driven funnel conversion experiments.
- Partner with sales, customer engineering, product, and PMM.
