About the job
Leads end-to-end enterprise deployments of Omnea’s procurement platform, using AI-assisted configuration and agent design while validating solutions and driving customer adoption and value.
What you'll do
- Discover customer processes and design workflows, integrations, success criteria, and deployment plans.
- Direct and configure AI agents, then validate outputs against customer policies, processes, and edge cases.
- Manage concurrent deployments, stakeholder alignment, go-live, and post-launch adoption; provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
