Own Omni’s global monthly close, maintain accurate and audit-ready books across multiple entities, and improve accounting processes and automation as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and variance analysis.
- Establish scalable intercompany accounting and reporting processes; exercise judgment over vendor spend, accruals, capitalization, and leases.
- Improve and automate close processes, maintain audit-ready documentation, and respond to external audit requests.

- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience at a public or high-growth tech company.
- Hands-on ownership of full-cycle month-end close and strong working knowledge of GAAP.
- Independent account reconciliation experience, including identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Experience with international, multi-entity, and multi-currency accounting; proficiency with accounting tools, including Excel.
Nice to have
- CPA or CPA-track; Big Four public accounting experience.
- Experience with Rillet or similar ERP/close-management tools.
