Own Omni’s company financial model and FP&A processes, providing analysis that supports company-wide planning and strategic decisions.
What you'll do
- Maintain the five-year financial model, run scenario analyses, and develop new model components.
- Run monthly and quarterly FP&A cycles, lead annual budgeting, and manage budget governance.
- Own commission modeling and payout calculations, and analyze decisions such as pricing, hiring, and investments.
