Lead Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Work with payer teams to validate platform insights and design analyses measuring ROI, clinical outcomes, operational improvements, and program impact.
• Shape data integration, dashboards, metrics, and scalable analytics capabilities with Product and Engineering.
• Explore healthcare datasets and develop rigorous methodologies, statistical models, and analytical frameworks for customer and product decisions.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data science, biostatistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Deep experience with healthcare claims, clinical, authorization, eligibility, or operational data.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, causal inference, predictive modeling, and analytical methodology.
• Experience designing analyses to measure clinical, operational, or financial outcomes; exceptional references from colleagues and former managers.

Nice to have

• Direct customer or external stakeholder experience.
• Healthcare payer, provider, or health technology experience.

$200K – $225K USD base salary
