Turn health plan data into customer-facing analyses, dashboards, and product reporting that explain utilization, cost, provider performance, and program outcomes.
What you'll do
- Build customer reports and dashboards, conduct analyses, and present findings to health plan stakeholders.
- Investigate data quality issues and partner with Engineering to define business logic and data requirements.
- Convert recurring analyses into standard platform metrics and reports, and provide customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
