About the job
Coordinates logistics at &Open’s Chattanooga-area 3PL facility, ensuring accurate inventory, on-time and correct shipments, and US-hours customer support.
What you'll do
- Oversee receiving, inventory accuracy, outbound orders, quality checks, and delivery exceptions with the 3PL and carriers.
- Maintain logistics data and reporting across systems, and support warehouse projects and process improvements.
- Cover customer queries during US hours and coordinate handovers with the Australian 3PL partner.
