Own the technical strategy and customer journey for a portfolio of organizations, guiding AI solutions from discovery and evaluation through production adoption and measurable business impact.
What you'll do
- Advise customer leaders and own technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities.
- Design Applied AI architectures and guide evaluations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value toward production.
- Track adoption and customer outcomes, coordinate specialist teams, and share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Research.
