What you'll do
- Develop technical account plans, use-case portfolios, and adoption roadmaps with customers and Account Directors.
- Design Applied AI architectures and guide evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value.
- Track adoption, production readiness, and customer outcomes; coordinate specialists and share customer insights with internal teams.
