Partners with technology customers to design, build, evaluate, and scale AI applications on OpenAI’s API, while feeding deployment learnings back to product and research teams.
What you'll do
- Guide customer AI projects from use-case discovery and architecture through prototyping, evaluation, production launch, and scale.
- Build prototypes, pilots, and model evaluations; resolve integrations and advise on reliability, latency, cost, safety, security, and operations.
- Collaborate with customer leaders and OpenAI Product and Research teams to drive adoption and inform product direction.
