What you'll do
- Develop and maintain conceptual, schematic, and federated BIM models across relevant disciplines; model building systems, equipment, and site infrastructure.
- Coordinate spatial reviews, constructability analysis, clash detection, and equipment clearances with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain BIM standards and prepare coordination packages, model exports, quantity takeoffs, asset information, and design progress reporting.
