Leads end-to-end quality for high-speed interconnect hardware, from design and supplier readiness through qualification, production ramp, and fleet deployment.
What you'll do
- Own interconnect quality and qualification, including quality metrics, test strategies, and readiness for production ramp.
- Manage supplier and contract manufacturer performance, improve manufacturing processes, and lead containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Partner with engineering and operations to connect electrical performance issues to manufacturing and mechanical factors, and support rack integration and deployment.

- 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or reliability for interconnects or high-speed hardware.
- Hands-on experience with high-speed copper interconnect products, including connectors and/or cable assemblies.
- Strong command of quality tools including 8D, 5-Whys, Fishbone, PFMEA/control plans, SPC/MSA, and change control.
- Experience driving supplier/CM improvements and managing nonconformance/MRB workflows.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with patch panels or backplane/cable-backplane solutions.
- Experience with optical interconnects, fiber termination quality, and contamination control.
Pay
$207K – $365K USD base salary
