Leads communications that connect OpenAI products with communities, develop culturally relevant narratives, and amplify community stories through earned media and organic channels.
What you'll do
- Shape campaign narratives and earned-media opportunities, and connect multiple campaigns into a sustained story.
- Surface community members’ stories, help them tell those stories authentically, and make participation part of communications.
- Develop pitches, features, spokesperson opportunities, and channel content; coordinate with regional communications teams and bring community feedback into product communications.
