Data Scientist, Real Estate & Workplace

What you'll do

• Frame and deliver high-impact analyses, recommendations, and decision tools from prioritization through adoption and iteration.
• Develop measurement, forecasting, experimentation, and optimization frameworks and agentic dashboards, reporting, and models.
• Integrate workplace, collaboration, operational, and financial data and communicate findings to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• Strong grounding in applied statistics, causal inference, forecasting, and model evaluation.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• Experience in Data Science or Decision Science.
• Ability to turn broad, messy datasets into decisions and measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience building operational automation or decision systems for prioritization, forecasting, or optimization.
• Experience analyzing workplace behavioral or organizational-network data from sensors and collaboration technologies.
